Dr. Wozniak oversees strategic planning, innovative programs and grants, and enrollment marketing at Concordia-Chicago. She is also a Professor of Educational Technology and program leader for the Master's of Science in Instructional Design and Technology. Her research and industry experience lie at the intersection of human-computer interaction, design, and learning. Her research focuses on adult learners, their unique needs and behaviors compared to younger learners, and the design features and affordances that support them in a virtual learning environment. She received her PhD in Computing and Information Sciences from DePaul University.
